We love our customers, but sometimes we have trouble understanding them.

Over the years we've heard incomprehensible statements along the lines of "Wow, those scoops are big! I wish there was a smaller size". To our ears, it's complete gibberish that we literally cannot understand. We took recordings of these mysterious utterings to language specialists, and they told us that these people were, unbelievably, asking for less ice cream.

We don't get it, but we try our best to accommodate our patrons ( even the strange ones ), so we're now offering a "mini" size cup.

We hope that actions like these will move us all toward a closer mutual understanding.
