This week features one of our favorite annual events: Awesome Games Done Quick! GDQ is a charity event where speedrunners finish games as quickly as humanly possible for your viewing enjoyment.

Success' 1991 title Cotton: Fantastic Night Dreams is a horizontally-scrolling shoot-'em-up game. It is the first title in the Cotton series, which centers around the titular pink-haired witch. Players have both a primary shot and a bomb, which can be charged to unleash powerful magical attacks and shields.
