Our first specialty sundae for Autumn is here! The Hot Apple a la Mode is something we've been waiting to share all year.
First we peel and cut fresh apples, sautéing them with brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. We pour them over a scoop ( or two! ) of our vanilla ice cream, then top it all off with from-scratch caramel sauce and whipped cream.
We take no responsibility if the shirt you're wearing spontaneously bursts into flannel.

Ever since we decided we were going to open an ice cream parlor, we've had a goal to craft a sundae that captured the warm gooey experience of eating a campfire s'more. After testing a wide array of prototypes, we think we've finally nailed it!
Seeing as how today is inexplicably designated as National S'mores Day, we're unleashing them upon the public this weekend. Stop on by and see if you can keep yourself from eating more than one!

This weekend we're going to use half of WALL-O-VISION to watch Summer Games Done Quick, an amazing event that showcases the best video game speedrunners raising money for Doctors Without Borders. If you're not familiar with the world of speedrunning, this is an excellent event to get acquainted with it.
Because the other station is wide open, we have room to play our first two-player competitive game: Super Street Fighter II. Come on in and fight your friends!

Happy Fourth of July weekend, everyone! We're celebrating with a limited edition sundae: The Red White & Blue combines mini-scoops of Strawberry, Vanilla, and Blueberry Cheesecake ice cream with fresh berries and a dollop of homemade whipped cream.
Speaking of fresh fruit, we have two new flavors on tap: the aforementioned Blueberry Cheesecake and Peach!
