Mitchell Corporation's 1996 title Cannon Dancer / Osman is a side-scrolling action game inspired by Capcom's Strider. Players assume the role of Osman, a hand-to-hand combat master who is tasked with assassinating the evil sorceress Abdullah the Slaver. Osman can collect upgrades that increase his attack power and grant him the ability to create energy doubles of himself, topping out at a total of 4.
