After eating a full belgian waffle sundae single-handedly as a nightcap, one of our staffers woke from a fever dream with a vision for a new ice cream flavor based on a popular cinnamon cereal.
We've forged this vision into a reality and we've named it Cinnamon Boast Bunch.
It's an original creation, like Rickey Rouse and Monald Muck.
Here's a look at the freshly-baked puff pastries that make the foundation for our Ice Cream Hoagies. We don't want to be presumptuous, but we're betting that our shop smells better than wherever you happen to be at the moment.
In this episode of Tubby Talk, Terry, Steve, and Chris discuss the genre known as side-scroller video games in depth.
Games discussed include: Super Meat Boy, Sonic the Hedgehog, Chester Cheetah, Aladdin, Demon's Crest, Sonic 3, Sonic 4, Freedom Planet, Sonic Mania, and Mario Maker.
It's hard to believe, but Tubby Robot has been open for business for an entire year! It's been an incredible 365 days: we've served up 40,000 scoops of ice cream and won some great awards, but we feel like we're just getting started.
To honor the occasion we're unleashing our newest creation: the Ice Cream Hoagie. We bake shorti-shaped puff pastries and slice them open to fill with ice cream and the toppings of your choice. It's an extremely philadelphian take on a classic recipe that just might make you rethink the way you eat ice cream.
Thanks to our adoring public, we won a Best of Manayunk 2018 award! The Belgian Waffle Sundae has been conferred with the illustrious title "Best Dish to Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth".
Our deepest thanks and appreciation go out to our fellow business owners, the Manayunk Development Corporation for organizing, Bourbon Blue for hosting, and all of our amazing customers who voted for us and keep us rolling every weekend. We're here because of you!
