We've been wanting to make a special sundae for Cinco de Mayo for years, but this time we finally got it done!
Our Fried Ice Cream is a hearty scoop of vanilla tossed in pan-fried cinnamon and butter crunch, topped with fudge, caramel, and whipped cream. Enjoy it this weekend only, because we won't be able to keep ourselves from eating it any longer than that.
